When you are bogged down with life and when it comes to dealing with struggles in our life along with stress we can forget to be positive. I know I definitely forget. I have been dealing with a lot of emotional stress due to family issues and its been a very frustrating situation as well. So, not only am I sad but I am also angry and that mixed together does not concoct well. I have been dealing with my stress in the worst way possible and I knew I had to make a significant change with how I deal with stress along with how to stay more positive regardless of what is going on in my life: good or bad.
I talked to my doctor and I have been researching myself to alleviate stress in a good way. So, here are a few things I have been practicing to stay more positive:
My favorite time of year has arrived: fall and winter. I understand, it is not winter yet, but, it is getting quite cold here in Harrisburg. I get to pull out my cozy sweaters, flannels, warm socks, boots and jackets!
Also, this time of year, I apparently like to gain weight because all I keep thinking about is what dessert I should make soon? Jewish Apple Cake or Pumpkin Pie? I love pumpkin pie! But, there are a lot of people who do not. Are you one of those people? I was always intrigued when someone declined a homemade piece of pumpkin pie. Also, which dessert should I make? I am in the baking mood and apparently people wanted to keep me in the kitchen when I got married because I have all the utensils.
I have never been so excited to share a song more than I am this Friday! I finally found new music!! I thought I lost my touch, I honestly did. I thought it was a part of getting older and I lost my touch with the music world. Continue reading TGIF: I Just Can’t Stop Listening
